About Tomlinson. “Tomlinson” is the public-facing master brand of Tomlinson Intelligence. Tomlinson Intelligence succeeds the former PredMarketAI brand. References to “Tomlinson,” “Tomlinson Intelligence,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Tomlinson platform and its related products and services.
Prohibited conduct
- Do not violate law, third-party platform rules, data licenses, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or contractual restrictions.
- Do not disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, probe, exploit, or introduce malicious code.
- Do not misrepresent Tomlinson research as verified fact, professional advice, affiliation, endorsement, or a guaranteed outcome.
- Do not use the service to manipulate markets, deceive others, automate abusive activity, or expose credentials or sensitive information.
Reporting violations or security issues
Report suspected misuse, abuse, infringement, or security concerns to tomlinsonintel@gmail.com. Do not include passwords, API keys, recovery codes, private keys, or other sensitive credentials in your message.
Enforcement
Tomlinson may investigate, limit, suspend, or terminate access to protect users, sources, systems, rights, and legal compliance. Beta access may also be restricted while issues are reviewed.
Platform operator
Tomlinson and the Tomlinson Intelligence platform are operated by Tomlinson Intelligence, formerly operating publicly under the PredMarketAI brand.
