About Tomlinson. “Tomlinson” is the public-facing master brand of Tomlinson Intelligence. Tomlinson Intelligence succeeds the former PredMarketAI brand. References to “Tomlinson,” “Tomlinson Intelligence,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Tomlinson platform and its related products and services.

Current beta posture

This review experience does not create production accounts or intentionally set advertising cookies. The production beta may use essential storage for security, authentication, session continuity, preferences, fraud prevention, and service operation.

Analytics and optional technologies

Analytics, product-measurement, or similar non-essential technologies will be documented here before activation. Where required, Tomlinson will request consent and provide a way to withdraw it. The CTO must confirm whether cookies, local storage, PostHog, Google Analytics, Netlify Analytics, or similar technologies are active before unconditional legal approval.
