Terms of Use
Acceptance and brand transition
These Terms govern access to Tomlinson, Tomlinson Intelligence, the Tomlinson Morning Brief, Tomlinson Command Center, Tomlinson Research, and related websites, communications, APIs, tools, content, and services. Tomlinson Intelligence succeeds the former PredMarketAI public brand. Prior compatible PredMarketAI references should be understood as references to the same continuing platform operation unless expressly stated otherwise.
Nature of service
Tomlinson organizes prediction-market information, evidence, probability context, analytical scores, uncertainty-aware interpretations, saved research, and personalized briefings. Tomlinson does not execute, facilitate, settle, recommend, or guarantee trades or wagers.
No advisory or fiduciary relationship
No use of Tomlinson creates an adviser-client, broker-customer, fiduciary, agency, professional-services, partnership, joint-venture, or other special relationship. Tomlinson does not consider a user’s personal financial circumstances, objectives, risk tolerance, legal status, or eligibility to participate in a third-party market.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, maintain control of your email and sessions, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may not share, transfer, resell, or automate access except under an authorized agreement. Access may be limited by age, location, beta capacity, or law.
Independent verification
Market prices reflect participant beliefs and do not establish causation or guarantee outcomes. Users must independently verify data, sources, market rules, timeliness, jurisdictional restrictions, and decisions. Scores, alerts, summaries, and AI-assisted interpretations may be incomplete, delayed, incorrect, or revised.
Personalization and communications
Personalization changes ranking and delivery; it does not guarantee coverage. Optional behavioral personalization is governed by user privacy choices. Operational notices are distinct from optional marketing communications.
Beta service
Features, sources, methods, scores, availability, interfaces, and functionality may change, be suspended, or be discontinued without notice. Beta functionality may contain defects, outages, stale or incomplete data, or lose saved information. No service-level, uptime, data-preservation, or warranty commitment is provided unless expressly agreed in writing.
Third-party services
Third-party markets, data, websites, identity providers, and services remain governed by their own terms, licenses, privacy practices, eligibility rules, and availability. Linking does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness, non-infringement, availability, or outcome. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Tomlinson is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost opportunity, reliance losses, third-party failures, or decisions made using the service.
