Privacy Policy
Brand transition
Tomlinson Intelligence has succeeded the former PredMarketAI public brand. Information previously submitted through PredMarketAI forms, waitlists, alerts, or related services may now be administered under the Tomlinson brand for the same compatible purposes described when the information was collected, subject to this Privacy Policy. The brand transition does not authorize materially different uses of personal information without additional notice or consent where required.
Information we may collect
Tomlinson may collect information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address, beta-access request, communication preferences, inquiries, and platform-form information. We may also receive basic technical and usage information, including IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, timestamps, page interactions, and security or diagnostic events, depending on enabled technologies.
- Profile details such as role, timezone, topics, preferred briefing depth, delivery time, watchlists, alerts, exclusions, and communication choices.
- Saved research, notes, support messages, and privacy-rights requests.
- Consent and notice records, including version and acceptance time.
How information is used
- Authenticate users, protect accounts, maintain sessions, and prevent abuse.
- Provide profiles, watchlists, saved research, alerts, and personalized Morning Briefs.
- Explain why intelligence was included and allow users to change preferences.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, evaluate, and improve the service.
- Comply with law, enforce terms, and preserve audit evidence.
Sale and behavioral advertising
Tomlinson does not sell personal information for money. Tomlinson does not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If these practices change, we will update this Policy and provide required notices, consent mechanisms, or opt-out rights.
Your choices and rights
You may change personalization and communications, download account data, or request deletion. Where applicable, California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, and receive non-discriminatory treatment. EU privacy rules may govern processing and international transfers where the GDPR applies.
Providers, retention, and security
Information may be processed by contracted hosting, identity, email, analytics, security, data, and professional-service providers. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary. Tomlinson intends to use encryption, least privilege, audit logging, secure sessions, and tested recovery, but no system guarantees absolute security.
